Mark your calendars and save the date WSSU 2023 homecoming will be October 21st. Hurricane Ian may have blown out homecoming 2022 but it blew in homecoming 2023. Students needing to arrive in Winston-Salem before their approved arrival date will need to make their own housing arrangements. Homecoming 2023 Save the Date: October 21. Please note that due to the limited number of business days during the Winter Break, we are unable to accept individual early arrival requests for the spring semester. – Residence Halls open for all students to return – Move-in for students moving on to campus for the first time this academic year Saturday, January 7:- Move-in/return for potential new members.Students needing to pick up a key and arriving after 4 p.m.Friday, January 6 – Move-in/return for CURRENT sorority members.Sunday, December 11: Winter Break begins.Friday, August 19 through Sunday, August 21: Continuing Student Move-In.Wednesday, August 17: New Student Move-In.( Approved arrival date is dependent on the program and will be communicated by the Office of Residence Life and Housing) Move-in dates for students enrolled in Pre-Orientation Program (optional).Sunday, August 14: Early Arrivals Day 2.Friday, August 12 – Early Arrivals Day 1.Īdditional dates from the department will be made available via the Dates & Deadlines section of as they are finalized.
